You must be ready an hour and a half before your appointment time. Drivers will only wait five minutes before proceeding to their next stop. Please be ready and watching for the bus to pull up as we will NOT give courtesy calls upon arrival.

Please have the complete street address of the destination available for the dispatcher. For a scheduled return trip without a pick up time, please call the transit office when you are ready to be picked up and a vehicle will be dispatched to you. The last pick up is 2:30 pm for the Chattanooga area, and 3:00 pm within Catoosa County.

Catoosa County Trans- Aid is a curb to curb service. If a rider needs assistance to and from the bus to enter or exit the destination, they should be responsible for providing an aid or attendant to ride along with them. Drivers are not to enter a rider’s home under any circumstance.
