Mission

The mission of the Public Works Department is to maintain a cost effective operation that provides high quality services in a responsible and efficient manner to the public.

Responsibilities

The Catoosa County Public Works Department assumes primary responsibility for the following areas:

  • Emergency service coordination
  • Grading
  • Mowing rights of way
  • Permits for driveways / tiles
  • County road and right of way maintenance
  • Shoulder work
  • Signage
  • County inert landfill
  • Striping
  • Mosquito control
