District Attorney
The District Attorney’s Office represents the people of the State of Georgia in the prosecution of criminal cases.

Juvenile Court
Catoosa County Juvenile Court handles juvenile traffic citations, delinquent and child in need of services (CHINS) offenses, and dependency and termination of parental rights cases.

Magistrate Court
Magistrate court jurisdiction encompasses civil claims of $15,000 or less; distress warrants and dispossessory writs (used to eject a tenant); county ordinance violations; misdemeanor deposit account fraud (bad checks); preliminary hearings; and summons, arrest warrants and search warrants.

Probate Court
Whether it is through the distribution of a family's estate after the loss of a loved one, ordering a family member with mental disorder for evaluation, or presiding over a marriage, the Probate Court has duties touching many aspects of family. It is our intent to serve the families and citizens of Catoosa County with professionalism, compassion, and fairness.

Solicitor General
The Solicitor General prosecutes misdemeanor cases and violations of the county code in the State Court of Catoosa County.

State Court
The State Court hears misdemeanors including traffic violations, issue search and arrest warrants, hold preliminary hearings in criminal cases, and try civil matters not reserved exclusively for the superior courts.

Superior Court
The Superior Court presides over all felony trials, have exclusive jurisdiction over divorces and may correct errors made by limited jurisdiction courts.
