Georgia Legislature has passed a new law that prohibits mid-level dispensing of pharmaceuticals. The clinic will still be offering the same medications that they currently offer to the employees at no charge to the employee. The difference is that employees will now either be given a card to take to a retail pharmacy of their choice or be assisted in obtaining their maintenance medications through a home delivery program.
