Be prepared to provide the following items with your bid, proposal or quote:

• Current Occupational Tax Certificate or Business License issued in Georgia.

• Current Liability and Workers Comp Insurance per County Limits.

• E-verify Affidavit (Pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 13-10-91 et seq. , all contractors and sub-contractors performing work within the State of Georgia on a contract with a public employer must register and participate in a federal work authorization).

• Georgia Code Access

• Current Georgia Contractor’s License of proper type (i.e. Utility, Conditioned Air, Plumber, Electrical, etc.… O.C.G.A. § 43-14-8.2 et seq., or General Contractor O.C.G.A. § 43-41-2 et seq.), Professional Engineer, Architect or Surveyor (O.C.G.A. § 43 et seq. - as applicable).

• Current Certifications (such as Utility Manager or Foreman O.C.G.A. § 43-14-8.4 et seq.).

• Paving Contractors are required to be GDOT Pre-qualified

• Able to secure Bid, Performance and Payment Bonds (as applicable).

• Have sufficient equipment and resources to successfully and satisfactorily complete the job bid on time and within budget.

• All subs working for vendor under contract with Catoosa County are subject to the same requirements as vendor and copies of certifications, licenses, affidavits, etc... are required.
