Mission

As a branch of the Judiciary, the Probate Judge is closest Judiciary Officer to the people than any other court officer. Throughout history the "Judge Ordinary" (now Probate Judge) has been devoted to care for the widows and orphans.

Whether it is through the distribution of a family's estate after the loss of a loved one, ordering a family member with mental disorder for evaluation, or presiding over a marriage, the Probate Court has duties touching many aspects of family.

It is our intent to serve the families and citizens of Catoosa County with professionalism, compassion, and fairness.
