The Board of Commissioners of Catoosa County, Georgia will make one (1) appointment to the
Catoosa County Board of Health for a term ending 12/31/2029. The Applicant must be a
licensed physician actively practicing in Catoosa County.

The Board of Commissioners requests any person who desires to serve on the Catoosa County Board of Health and meets the requirements to submit a resume setting forth their qualifications to serve. The resumes shall be
sent to Melissa Hannah, County Clerk, in the office of the Board of Commissioners at the Catoosa County Administrative Building, 800 Lafayette Street, Ringgold, Georgia 30736, or by

Resumes will be received until the position is filled. Each candidate may be asked by the Board of Commissioners to be interviewed for the position. Each candidate must be a resident of Catoosa County, Georgia and a licensed physician actively practicing in Catoosa County, Georgia.
